Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us with your order number as soon as possible using the details below, and we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, please refer to our Return, Refund and Replacement Policy after delivery.
Cancellations Initiated by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or an issue with the delivery address or payment. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
Refund Timeline
Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 2-3 business days of confirming the cancellation and, depending on your bank or payment provider, may take a further 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
